Do I need an account?
No. You do not need an account to browse. At checkout, only the contact details needed for the order are requested.
Is HOLMI a delivery service?
No. HOLMI is built for pre-order and pickup.
Can I pre-order for later?
Yes, if the business offers pre-orders and available pickup slots.
Can I customize products?
Depending on the product, variants, extras, ingredient options and comments may be available.
How does the app work?
HOLMI is a web app. It runs directly in your browser and can also be added to the home screen on supported devices.
How do payments work?
At launch, TWINT via Datatrans/PSP is planned. An order is only sent to the business after payment authorization has been confirmed.

What does HOLMI cost for Founding Partners?
The first 100 activated Founding Partners receive a 3% platform commission for 12 months from activation. PSP/TWINT fees are separate.
What happens afterwards?
Basic is planned at CHF 0 per month and 5%. Pro Managed costs CHF 79/month plus 4% after Founding. Business OS starts from CHF 249/month as an expansion/pilot plan.
Does pre-registration automatically activate a plan?
No. Pre-registration is non-binding. Paid plans are activated only after explicit confirmation.
Can I pause orders?
Yes. The business controls availability, operating mode, products, slots and capacity.
